Registration Fee: $25.00(Nonrefundable) + Monthly Fee: $75.00

Summer School Program: 9:45 A.M. to 1:30 P.M. (Saturday-Tuesday) during July & August -- Registration Fee: $25.00(Nonrefundable) + Monthly Fee: $120.00

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE JAMAICA MUSLIM CENTER WEEKEND, SUMMER AND AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS

In order to ensure the smooth and successful operation of the Islamic Education Program, the cooperation and involvement of parents are necessary. Please read the terms of agreement and sign below.

1. Our programs are limited to students between the ages of 6 to 14.
2. Students will be grouped based on their performance on the placement test.
3. Students will be required to attend the program regularly and on time.
4. A child may be discharged from the program if he/she remains absent from the class without a valid excuse. A note from parents for their absence will have to be presented.
5. Parents may be contacted by telephone.
6. The parents are responsible for dropping off and picking up their children on time.

Weekend School (Two sessions):
• Fall session:
• Spring session:

Summer Session:
9:45 A.M. to 1:30 P.M. (Saturday & Sunday -- 2 days: September to December)
9:45 A.M. to 1:30 P.M. (Saturday & Sunday -- 2 days: January to June) 9:45 A.M. to 1:30 P.M. (Saturday-Tuesday - 4 days: July and August)

7. All children are required to register before they attend any class.
8. All tuition fees must be paid before the student can attend class. This includes the $25.00 registration fee plus the first month's tuition fee.
9. Tuition is due at the beginning of each month payable in cash, check or money order. Always take your printed receipts for your records.
10. Student must wear proper dress with hats (topee) for boys. No shorts or tank tops are allowed, girls must wear hijab and proper dress.
11. Parents must cooperate in any disciplinary action taken against their child. All children and guardians are required to comply with Islamic etiquette and dress code.
12. Jamaica Muslim Center Weekend School Administration reserves the right to admit or reject the Applicant.
Weekend School also reserves the right to expel or exclude any student permanently or temporarily at any time that the Administration deems appropriate, either in the interest of the student or for the good of the school.

Legal Notice: Parents and guardians agree that in case of accidental injury, they may not sue or hold the Islamic education program or masjid accountable.
